Job Description How does it feel to work on a team driven to make a big impact? Empowering.BAE Systems is hiring for a principal Quality Assurance Analyst to support at its Holston, Tennessee location. In this role, as a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will support a family of products and:

• Ensure compliance to Product Specifications, Contractual Requirements, Data Deliverables, and QMS requirements
• Perform product audits and surveillance
• Coordinate / Lead product investigations and customer complaints to determine root cause, corrective actions and preventative actions
• Perform data entry into government data systems
• Generate all corresponding quality documents for release of product to the customer
• Collaborate with internal and external customer, within product family, on continuous improvement effortsRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years related work experience, or an Associate's Degree and 8 years related work experience, or the overall equivalent.
  • Working knowledge in quality processes, procedures, and requirements.
  • Experience in chemical and/or explosives manufacturing.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis investigations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly effective communication written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with customers.
  • Proven computer literacy in MS Office and industry-related software applications.
  • Ability to communicate information and data via presentations.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    Masters and 4 years related work experience.One of the following: ASQ Certification as a Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Greenbelt, Six Sigma Blackbelt, company-sponsored Quality Certification, or demonstration of skills through past performance.High proficiency in Quality tools and principles.DoD industry experience.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $81336 - $138271Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
