  • BSIE or BS and equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Continuous Process Improvement withdemonstrated success.
    • Experience and capability to mentor others utilizing continuous improvement tools(e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, Standard Work, 3S, Pull Systems, 1piece flow, 8 types of waste, kanban implementation, line balance, OEE, SMED,brainstorming).
      • Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
      • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and statistical software packagessuch as Minitab.
        • Technical experience and problem-solving skills.
        • Experience in leading continuous improvement events.
        • Work independent with little or no supervision.
