A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Backend to lead
a team in developing a FinOps platform.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and support the team in solving impactful projects for
customers
Lead, hire, and grow a high-caliber team of backend engineers
Research, evaluate, and apply machine learning and AI models for
feature development
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Engineering Management experience
Prior management of backend feature teams
Experience with data warehouses and Big Data technologies
Technical depth to mentor others and build credibility
Experience in building platform products and driving AI-powered
features is a bonus
