Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Service Assurance Engineer
responsible for post-delivery activation issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer issue reports and service orders to develop
troubleshooting plans
Create and provide design schematics for fiber circuit redesign and
restoration
Lead incident calls and coordinate efforts for timely issue
resolution
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Minimum of eleven (11) years of related experience or seven (7)
years with a Bachelor's degree
Advanced project management experience in a fast-paced
environment
Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite, including MS Visio and
Google Earth
In-depth knowledge of telecommunications standards and fiber
engineering network design
