Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst of Talent Management
to develop and execute talent strategies and programs that support
individual career development and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute talent solutions aligned to business functions,
including goal setting and succession planning
Create content and resources to support user adoption and change
management of new processes and programs
Develop presentations and facilitate training sessions for
employees while managing project timelines and deliverables
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience with talent programs such as
succession planning and performance management
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience using talent data and metrics for decision-making
Proficiency in HR software, such as Workday, is a plus
Strong writing skills and ability to develop effective
presentations
