Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, New Logo Sales to
lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a sales team, providing coaching on deal pursuits
and sales strategies
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies based on market
trends and customer feedback
Monitor performance through sales targets and KPIs, utilizing data
analytics for strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA
preferred
5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership
role in the AI or contact center industry
Proven track record of coaching teams to develop successful sales
strategies
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools and sales
performance metrics
Experience in relationship building and influencing at all
organizational levels
