Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Manager in Medical
Billing/Insurance for a remote patient support call center
position.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact insurance companies for eligibility verification and
benefit investigations
Assist patients with prior authorizations and enrollment in copay
assistance programs
Provide efficient and courteous service while maintaining accurate
documentation
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma required; associate degree or higher
preferred
Minimum 2+ years' experience in medical billing, insurance
verification, or similar patient services
Fully competent in MS Office applications
Experience using a CRM and integrated telephony platform is a
plus
Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
