Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Director, Enrollment to
oversee the Activation department's performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily sales performance and patient call volume for the
outbound Activation department
Improve patient conversion rates into adherence programs and manage
departmental quality assurance programs
Deliver new hire training and ongoing sales skills training to
agents while maintaining departmental headcount
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience managing an outbound call center
function
5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
5+ years of experience managing a fully remote call center team
Experience building and delivering impactful sales training
curriculum
Bachelor's degree required
