Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Growth in South or North
Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute divisional sales and marketing strategies to
meet growth goals
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and
industry clients
Collaborate with the Divisional VP and other directors to implement
best practices in recruiting and sales
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
3 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business
development, preferably in the multifamily industry
Experience with customer service, recruiting, or business
operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and Asana
Preference for candidates located in EST or CST time zones
