A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Major Gifts & Planned
Giving.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of fundraising professionals to achieve
major gifts and planned giving targets
Collaborate on the development and implementation of a sustainable
major giving strategy
Oversee the cultivation and stewardship of a diverse portfolio of
donors and prospects
Required Qualifications
Seven plus years of successful fundraising experience, particularly
with major donors and planned gifts
Experience in creating and implementing fundraising strategies for
endowments and planned giving
Proven ability to lead and develop a team with varying levels of
experience
Broad knowledge of development campaign activities, including
direct solicitations and event planning
Experience working in a distributed workforce environment
