Key Responsibilities
Partner with executive clients to align operational objectives with
performance metrics
Monitor performance KPIs and ensure compliance with budget

Lead change management initiatives and educate leaders on key
deliverables
Required Qualifications

collaboration
Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within a hospital
setting
Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation
and team engagement
Experience in change management and guiding counterparts through
transitions
Self-starter with a desire for continuous learning and
