Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, IT Audit, Controls and
Compliance to develop and maintain an IT control framework and
ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team in IT Audit, Controls, Compliance, and Risk
Management
Develop and implement an effective IT control framework and
compliance program
Manage IT control assessments, audits, and training programs across
the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications
preferred
Minimum of ten years of experience in IT controls, compliance, or
risk management, with at least six years in a leadership role
Proven knowledge of IT control frameworks and compliance
standards
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and data
management practices
Leadership and team management experience with the ability to
develop a high-performing team
