Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Furniture Design to manage
product design and development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee design of furniture items from initial concept through
approval
Manage project schedules and deadlines for the design team
Evaluate design prototypes and ensure accuracy prior to final
production
Required Qualifications
Experience in the home furniture industry
Degree in Design
8 years of professional experience, including 3 years in a
managerial role
Expert in Solidworks and Adobe Suite
Experience with budget-conscious design and knowledge of material
costs
