Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Change Enablement
to build change capability across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy for building change agility and capability across
the organization
Consult and provide strategic guidance to HRBPs and business
leaders on change initiatives
Develop and maintain change management tools and resources aligned
with company culture
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Formal Change Management certification required (Prosci
preferred)
At least 4+ years relevant experience in change management or
related fields
Train the Trainer certification preferred
