Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director & Partner Leader to
manage relationships with Global System Integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with Global
System Integrators
Establish delivery capabilities and frameworks within partner
organizations
Drive operational rigor and achieve sales objectives through
structured KPIs and pipeline management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree is a plus
10+ years of experience in global partner management and partner
sales
Strong understanding of business models and organizational
structures in consulting firms
Experience managing large Global System Integrators and
transforming partnerships
Ability to build scalable practices and engage with
cross-functional teams
