Job Description:
A company is looking for a Chief Compliance Officer for their
Swap Dealer operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee compliance programs for Swap Dealer employees,
ensuring adherence to regulations
Manage a team of compliance professionals focused on SDR reporting,
trade surveillance, and trade reconstruction
Oversee the conversion of core systems and implementation of new
transaction surveillance platforms
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of Interest Rate swaps, Commodity hedging, and
Foreign Exchange transactions
Significant experience with CFTC/NFA swap dealer regulations,
including SDR reporting
Thorough understanding of industry trends and regulatory
intelligence resources
Familiarity with back office and transactional systems
Satisfy NFA swaps proficiency requirements
