Minimum Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Valid in-state driver's license.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• A.S.E. Certifications 4 and 5 are preferred but not required.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).CompensationPay: $70,000-100,000+/annuallyOur General Managers are paid a weekly salary, earn monthly individual spiffs, and participate in the monthly store bonus.     • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal laws.

    • Perform inventory control and maintain store security.
    • Oversee merchandising and display efforts.
