Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care -treatment. -Delete Documents patient care -given. - -Edit -Delete Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Education
Associate's Degree in nursing required.

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 3 months of hire or transfer into the position
NIH Stroke Scale required within 3 months of hire or transfer into the -position. - Required Skills
