  • No Holiday RTO - Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day

    • ALL TRAVELERS MUST LIVE 100 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
    • General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs
    • Traveler can start any Sunday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline
      • Schedule Information
      • Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement) if there is a decrease in census
      • Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty

        • Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education
        • The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health
