• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• BLS - Basic Life Support.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• Tech Cert Verification - National.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement.
• State License 1 Verification.
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP).
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam.
• Competency Exam.
  • Job Details
  • Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg.
  • NIHSS Preferred.
  • 36/48 schedule.
  • Every other weekend.
  • Required to float.
  • General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be online CBLs. The traveler can start any Sunday following completion of compliance documents by the deadline.
  • 16 hours of nonbillable orientation.
  • Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty if there is a decrease in census.
  • Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty.
  • Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education.
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years of experience.
    • Accepts first time travelers.
    • AHA BLS Required.
    • MS/Tele and MS Exp required.
    • Traveler must live 100 miles from the facility.
      • Schedule Information
      • 36/48 schedule is required.
      • Every other weekend work is expected.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Contracted RN/LPN team members have a duty to support nursing student education and clinical education.
