• Assume responsibility for the care of critically ill patients in the ICU environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient care and coordinate treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Licensure: Current RN licensure in North Carolina and CPR/BLS certification.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in ICU care.Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated payment breakdown for this position is approximately $1894.00-$2002.00 per week, with 648.00-$756.00 in weekly taxable income, and an estimated hourly rate of $18.00-$21.00.
