Estimated payment breakdown-$1966.00-$2086.00/wk*-$720.00-$840.00
in weekly taxable income-$18.00/hr-$21.00/hr*Estimate assumes an 8
hour shift. Hourly rate may change based on shift length.-$1246.00

ortho36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40
hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are
worked. Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14
