As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance and strategies to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them live as independently as possible.Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and support in community settings, including outings, field trips, medical appointments, and shopping.
• Assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation and medication administration.
• Support individuals with living skills, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Encourage community participation, household budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and vocational responsibilities.Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Six months of experience in human services preferred.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Successful clearance of background checks.
  • Reliable and responsible attitude.
