Seeking a qualified BC/BE General Surgeon to join an expansive area of southwest Virginia.

• General bread & butter surgery experience and advanced laparoscopic skills are required.
• Minimally invasive skills a plus.
• If Board-Eligible, Board Certification must be completed within five years of completion of residency.
• Ideal candidate will share a philosophy in being able to accommodate patients at home and not transfer them out of the area for their care.
• The area serves a population of 75,000 to 100,000 which includes southwestern Virginia and southeastern Kentucky.
• There is a local 10-physician primary care network to supply patient referrals
