  Actual amount subject to eligibility and seasonal/annual adjustments 200 Bed Cath lab w / EP preferred ARRT or RCIS , ACLS 4 x 10s Days No State license
  Siemens Sensis/Epic
  Philips Systems Traveler's permanent residence must be 100 miles or from the hospital's service area. General orientation will begin on Mondays. Monday will be online CBLs.
  Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of nonbillable orientation. Hospital can cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule use whichever is appropriate for the employment agreement if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without penalty. I can start the traveler any Monday that you can complete the compliance documents by the deadline.
