Job Description:
- Serve as a key member of a 44-bed unit with a supportive team of 95 staff members.
- Work under a structured staffing grid with 2 CNC/Charge nurses, 11 RNs, 4 CNAs, and 1 HUC per shift.
- Maintain patient ratios of 4/1 at grid and 5/1 when stretched.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct neuro and spinal checks.
- Assist with C-Collar placement and TLSO braces.
- Operate and manage equipment such as IV pumps, Skylift, PCA pumps, chest tubes, tracheostomies, and patient lifts.
- Perform lumbar drains, feeding tube placements, blood transfusions, and IV infusions.

Ideal Candidate:
- Team player who is patient-focused.

Additional Information:
- Possibility of floating to stepdown and medical-surgical units.
- Dress code requires navy blue scrubs.
- Every other weekend commitment required.
