Responsibilities:

--- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
--- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
--- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
--- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints


Qualifications:

--- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
--- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
--- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
