Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Supervisor for the W-TRS
program.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise HR Services and Strength Management Teams, overseeing new
hire orientation and employee actions in the HRIS system
Assist in the planning and execution of HR services for W-TRS
projects and maintain organizational hierarchy and job code
tables
Provide proposal support and serve as the primary contact for
benefit issues, ensuring timely resolutions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field, or equivalent experience
Seven years of Human Resources experience, with three years in a
supervisory role
Must have CAC eligibility and a valid passport for international
travel
Ability to deploy to domestic and international locations,
including austere environments
Previous startup experience for HR projects is preferred
