Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Developer with expertise
in Payroll and Compensation modules.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements
for Payroll, Absence, PTO, and Compensation modules
Design, develop, and implement Fast Formulas across various Oracle
Cloud HCM modules
Develop and manage HCM extracts and build reports using OTBI and
BIP
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas
Experience in developing fast formulas for Payroll, Absence, and
Compensation modules
Ability to collaborate with HR and payroll administrators to
develop tailored solutions
USC/GC candidates are preferred; GC EAD considered as a second
option
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field
