Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical CS Associate to provide
customer support for their smart home security products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and efficient service to customers via phone and
email
Collaborate with other support teams to ensure high-quality
customer support
Assist with customer communication during critical launches and
support events
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of experience in technical support focused on customer
success
2+ years supporting consumer WiFi/Mesh networking platforms
2+ years working with firewall configurations and service provider
modems/routers
1+ years providing technical support for mobile devices and
platforms
