Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Product
and Regulatory.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a vision and roadmap for legal product and
regulatory support
Embed with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant-by-design
products and services
Manage, guide, mentor, and develop a team of legal
professionals
Required Qualifications
JD Degree from an accredited law school and license in good
standing to practice law in at least one state bar
10+ years of relevant legal experience, with experience managing
other people
Previous experience in tech/start-up/emerging growth companies
preferred
Experience in healthcare/healthtech and consumer products
preferred
Familiarity with federal and state regulations applicable to
healthcare and payments businesses
