Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Specialist Tier 2
to handle customer inquiries and provide support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries regarding billing, care, technical issues, and
general questions
Process adds/moves/changes requests and maintain ownership of
customer requests
Provide superior customer service and partner with Account Advisors
to ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or support roles
Familiarity with billing and technical support processes
Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively
Proficiency with customer information systems
