Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. New Homes System Performance
Coordinator to engage with customers and support field service
professionals in activating solar panel systems.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and diagnose PV system issues remotely to prevent
unnecessary service visits
Review installation work orders for accuracy and identify
deviations requiring additional field work
Provide troubleshooting support and optimize dispatches for field
service technicians
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical or solar industries
Fluency in Salesforce, Google Apps, and monitoring platforms
Solar installation/design experience
NABCEP Associate certification preferred
