Adecco is assisting Cooper Standard Automotive in their search for Machine Operators and Assemblers in Rockford, TN. This is a temp to hire opportunity. A Machine Operator - Assembler will be working in a thriving automotive manufacturing facility making various components such as headlight covers and door panel trimmings. Responsibilities for this Assembler - Machine Operator position include:

- Standing for longer periods of time

- Visual inspection of parts

- The ability to lift up to 35 lbs. consecutively

- Work as part of a team or by oneself

- Work in a fast pace environment

- May require cleaning and inspecting parts

- Work in a hot environment especially during the summer months

- Report defective material or questionable conditions to department supervisor

- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

- High School diploma/GED required and ability to verify with either the diploma or transcript

- Strong eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity

- Associates must be flexible with scheduling and be willing to work overtime as required.
