Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Coordinator to manage claims
processing within the Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor incoming claim notifications and ensure all submission
documents are complete
Enter claim information accurately into the proprietary software
system and transfer documents to the Transcription Department
Conduct initial analysis of submitted data and escalate problematic
claims as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
Experience with Adobe and proficient data entry skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft
Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to learn and adapt to company-specific software
Experience using multiple monitors
