Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Operations Lead responsible
for overseeing payment management functions and optimizing
processes related to property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee compliance with dispossessory actions, municipal
regulations, and leasing violations
Manage local counsel and vendors across multiple markets
Develop and implement payment policies and systematize processes
across the organization
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in property management, payment operations,
or a related field
Experience overseeing projects and assets
Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate
cross-functionally
Experience in creating detailed and prioritized plans
Basic SQL and BI skills preferred
