Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow Closer to manage the closing
process of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Verify title requirements and prepare HUD statements based on
closing instructions
Coordinate with sellers and lenders to obtain necessary approvals
and documentation
Manage documentation and funds for multiple closings, ensuring
accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
Four years of title and escrow experience
Experience in a paperless environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
