Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advanced Care Specialist to guide
patients through their services using a patient-centered
approach.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to patient inquiries and follow up until their needs are
met
Make equipment recommendations to enhance patient care and
troubleshoot equipment issues over the phone
Document patient interactions and manage order processing
efficiently
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of experience in healthcare administrative roles, customer
service, or related fields
Two years of work-related experience for senior-level positions
Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home
medical supplies environment is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
