Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Analytics to establish and
lead its new Analytics Department.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-performing analytics team while developing
departmental processes
Provide strategic analytical support across multiple internal
departments and solve complex problems
Communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders and manage
external interactions
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer
Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role and 2 years
in a leadership role
Proven experience in system analysis within complex technological
environments
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with other programming
languages and data analysis tools
Strong understanding of exchange technologies and regulatory
compliance standards
