Job Description:
A company is looking for an Admissions Counselor to support the
Admissions Team's day-to-day functions and ensure high levels of
customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients and guide them through the
admissions process
Manage inquiries and maintain relationships with clients, families,
and referral sources
Track trends, complete chart audits, and assist with onboarding and
training new team members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental
health field or equivalent experience
Experience in a customer-facing sales environment
1-3 years of experience in a healthcare sales environment is
desired
Experience in a behavioral healthcare call center is preferred
