Job Description:
A company is looking for a Follow-Up Associate to improve
revenue cycle management and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Independently complete tasks to enhance financial outcomes on aged
and high-priority hospital accounts
Contact insurance payers to follow up on unpaid or underpaid
hospital claims
Review and research claims and account information in Epic
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy including experience with Epic and Microsoft
Excel
Experience with hospital billing and insurance claims processing in
a healthcare setting
