Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community-based setting.As a Director Support Professional, you'll work with a mission-driven team to create meaningful relationships and help individuals grow, learn, and live well.

• Experience ownership and trust from leaders to make decisions for participants.
• Develop real relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Support participants with complex needs and behavioral challenges.You'll assist with personal hygiene, support individuals with developmental goals, and help them be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
