Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand clients'
relationship goals and preferences
Utilize a network and database to identify potential matches and
coordinate introductions
Provide coaching and support throughout the matchmaking process
while maintaining client confidentiality
Qualifications
Proven experience as a professional matchmaker
Strong intuition and judgment in assessing compatibility between
individuals
Proficiency in using CRM software and administrative tools
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
