This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and supervising the daily activities of an assigned shift and functional area to achieve performance goals and metrics within the distribution center.--- Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work to new hires--- Ensuring employees have the necessary equipment, materials, and documents to ensure successful completion of tasks--- Monitoring and adjusting resources to achieve the daily production and delivery goals--- Balancing workloads by taking readings throughout the day to achieve the appropriate level of volume by the projected time of completion--- Monitoring the work performance of each employee to ensure that quality and quantity expectations are met or exceeded--- Conducting staff meetings and verifying that daily worksheets are completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis--- Providing ongoing training and retraining of employees to ensure that they are prepared to meet or exceed the productivity standards for their function--- Utilizing a variety of reports, summaries, and procedures to project workload and resolve problems that arise during the workday--- Communicate effectively across all levels--- Analyzing information effectively to make sound business decisions--- Build high-performance teams while engaging and inspiring colleagues**Selected candidate will need to have flexibility of working 2nd shift hours of Monday-Friday, 4:00pm up to 2:00am, and weekends as needed** Please note work location is:3400 Huntington Park DriveLoudon TN 37774Required Qualifications---Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a distribution/manufacturingenvironment.Preferred Qualifications---Warehouse Management Systems experience---MS Office experience---Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.---Ability to analyze information effectively and consistently.---Ability to complete assignments within established timelines.---Ability to complete work under general supervision-Bachelors degreeEducationVerifiable High school Diploma/GEDPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. -The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. -This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. - -In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities. -The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits. -Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees. -The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
