Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Assistant Help Desk Tech for a
remote position in Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities
Answer help desk calls and respond to customer inquiries
Assist customers in resolving technical problems and escalate
complex issues as needed
Log and track inquiries, maintaining history records and
documentation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
One or more years of technical training in computer support
preferred
Two or more years of technical or customer support experience
Experience with company products and operating systems
Experience working with company escalation policy
