Description We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Hospital Patient Care Technician to join our team at CarePartners Rehab Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will provide high quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of the nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include performing basic patient care services, obtaining and recording patient information, assisting with mobility, collecting specimens, and engaging in evidence-based best practices to enhance the patient experience. • Participate in the implementation of nursing care plans
• Obtain and record patient information throughout the care cycle
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers
• Collect specimens for diagnostic tests
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Serve as Monitor/Telemetry Tech for the unit as needed
• Engage in evidence-based best practices to enhance the patient experience Qualifications:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • High School Graduate / GED
