Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Incident Response Analyst to
support the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security
Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Support 24x7 monitoring and reporting of government IT
infrastructure
Triage datacenter incidents and manage event reporting
Investigate customer infrastructure for incidents and coordinate
remediation efforts
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty
clearance
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or equivalent
experience with lower education levels
Experience with Active Directory and server management
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Microsoft Systems Center
Operations Manager and Solarwinds
Experience with enterprise/datacenter Service Desk Operations and
service management tools
