Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Incident Response Analyst to
support the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security
Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Support 24x7 monitoring and reporting of government IT
infrastructure
Manage and triage datacenter systems, reporting anomalies and
coordinating with Tier 3 staff
Investigate incidents and assist in determining remediation
efforts
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
clearance
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, Associate's degree
with 7 years, or HS diploma with 9 years of experience
Experience with O365
Willingness to work weekends and support rotating shifts
Experience in maintaining accurate records of customer
interactions
