Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staffing Consultant to analyze
physician staffing needs and fill locum tenens assignments for
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Engage clients to understand staffing needs and sell appropriate
solutions
Recruit new providers and market available locum tenens
assignments
Maintain accurate database information and provide reports on
activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or
related field, or equivalent experience
One to three years of experience in telemarketing, sales, staffing,
or marketing
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to
learn new software
Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to new
environments
Experience in coordinating multiple assignments and managing work
schedules
